Which Medicines Need a Prescription

Prescription medicines can only be sold against a valid prescription from a registered doctor. For these we ask for a clear photo of the prescription before we prepare your order. Over-the-counter medicines, such as common pain relievers, antacids and oral saline, do not need a prescription.

How to Send Your Prescription

Add a photo on the Request a medicine page, or attach it when you order. Make sure the whole page is in the photo and the writing is clear.

What We Check

  • The name of the patient and the date.
  • The name and registration of the doctor.
  • The medicine, strength and amount.

We call you to confirm the medicines and the price before we send anything. We may refuse an order if the prescription is unclear, too old or does not match the order.

How We Keep Your Prescription

Only our pharmacy team can see your prescription. We use it to prepare your order and keep it as pharmacy rules require. We do not share it with anyone else.

Medicines We Do Not Supply Online

  • Narcotic and controlled medicines.
  • Medicines that must be kept in a fridge, such as insulin and some injections and vaccines.
