Where We Deliver

We deliver all over Bangladesh by courier, to your home or office.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free in Chattogram on orders over ৳999 and in every other district on orders over ৳1,999. Below that it is a flat ৳130 anywhere in Bangladesh, however big or heavy the order.

The charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer on public holidays or in bad weather.

How Delivery Works

1. You place your order on this site.
2. We call you to confirm the order and the address.
3. We pack the order and hand it to the courier.
4. The courier calls you before delivery.

Medicines We Get for You on Request

If a medicine is not in our shop, you can request it. We confirm within 24 hours whether we can supply it and at what price. To confirm a request order, you pay a flat ৳130 delivery charge in advance by bKash. You pay the price of the medicines in cash when they arrive.

We do not deliver medicines that must be kept in a fridge, such as insulin or some injections and vaccines.

If You Are Not at Home

The courier will call you and try again. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it comes back to us and we contact you.

Tracking Your Order

Use the Track order page with your order number and mobile number. We also send you an SMS when your order is confirmed and when it is on the way.
