About These Terms

These terms apply when you use oshudalo.com or order from Oshud Alo. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when we call you and agree the products, the price and the address. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price shown was a mistake, or we cannot reach you.

Medicine Requests

For medicines not in our shop, a request is not an order until we confirm that we can supply it and you pay the ৳130 delivery charge by bKash. See Delivery information and Returns and refunds for the details.

Prices

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. We never charge more than the maximum retail price (MRP) printed on the product. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order.

You can pay cash on delivery or by bKash to our merchant number 01871-875936.
