How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart and check out on this site with your name, mobile number and address. We call to confirm before we dispatch. For a medicine that is not listed, use the request form or WhatsApp.

Do I need a prescription?

Not for the products listed on this site. Prescription medicines are supplied on request only, against a valid prescription.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Free in Chattogram on orders over ৳999 and in other districts over ৳1,999. Otherwise a flat ৳130 anywhere in Bangladesh. Usually 1 to 2 days inside Chattogram and 2 to 3 days in other districts.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery, or bKash payment to our merchant number 01871-875936.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. Everything is shipped from our own licensed pharmacy in Chattogram, from stock on our shelves, and every product carries a discount on the MRP printed on the pack.

Is my order private?

Yes. Every parcel is plain and sealed, with no product name on the outside, so nobody can tell whether it holds condoms, pads, contraceptives or a cough syrup. The courier only sees your name and address.

Can I return a product?

Yes, if it is wrong, damaged or close to expiry: tell us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it or refund you. For safety, medicines and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
