Indications
Jouban Satadal is a Unani polyherbal preparation. In Unani practice it is traditionally used as a general tonic for men, for tiredness and low energy, and for weakness of sexual function such as reduced desire or early fatigue. Scientific evidence for these uses is limited, and it is not a cure for erectile dysfunction or any other disease.
How It Works
Unani tonics of this kind combine several plant ingredients that are believed in traditional medicine to strengthen the body, improve vitality and support the nerves and reproductive organs. How the individual herbs act in the human body has not been well studied.
Dosage and Administration
Take as directed on the label or by a registered Unani practitioner. Do not take more than the stated amount and do not combine it with other sexual tonics or performance products without advice.
Interactions
Herbal ingredients can affect other medicines. Tell your doctor if you take medicines for blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, blood thinning (for example Warfarin) or erectile problems (for example Sildenafil). Avoid alcohol while taking it.

- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People with serious heart, liver or kidney disease unless a doctor agrees.
Side Effects
Most people have no problems, but some may notice stomach upset, heartburn, loose stools, headache, a feeling of warmth or restlessness, or skin rash.
Get urgent medical help if you have chest pain, a fast or irregular heartbeat, severe dizziness or fainting, an erection lasting more than 4 hours, swelling of the face or lips, or difficulty breathing.
Pregnancy and Lactation
This product is intended for adult men. It should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding because its safety has not been established.
Precautions and Warnings
Sexual weakness can be a sign of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, hormone problems or depression, so see a doctor if the problem continues. Buy herbal products only from a registered source, as unregistered tonics have sometimes been found to contain hidden prescription drugs or heavy metals. Stop using it if you feel unwell.
Overdose
Taking too much may cause stomach upset, palpitations or dizziness. Stop the product and seek medical advice, bringing the pack with you.
